We accept all supported debit and credit cards from this website. We also have a number of financing options

Through our website we support Afterpay, Laybuy and GEM. In-store we also have Q-Card, MTF Finance and SmartCover.

It depends on where you are and what you have ordered. If the products are readily available it will usually take 5 - 10 business days.

We use New Zealand Couriers / Post Haste for items under 25kg. For larger items we use BASICK for the South Island and PBT Transport for the North Island or StraitNZ for both.
Also worth noting that some items are sent directly from the supplier, in which case it will be their preferred carrier.

Sometimes we have to backorder popular or specific truck products. Because of this we offer a preorder option. Depending on the product and brand, some case we will be waiting on manufacturing or on a container. The wait can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6+ months. We encourage you to contact us to get a more accurate time frame.

We can provide shipping across the world - however you will need to contact us as some products brands must be supplied locally.

NZ Offroader has a massive range of products, this website shows about 1/8th of what we can offer - not to mention we are often expanding our range and happy to source new suppliers.

We have tried our best to include as much detail on the product page to assist you. But if you are still unsure, feel free to contact us anytime - It's best to be 100%.

It depends on the product, for example we can get bars and coils powder coated to any colour. You will need to contact us

By continuing to place your order on a pre-order product you are agreeing to the following conditions:

Once you place your order, your order is final, non-cancellable and nonrefundable. If you are concerned about when your order will arrive you need to contact us for an ETA before placing your order.

You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we are unable to commence shipping one-year from order placement, we will provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

All eta’s provided are done so in good faith and are based on estimates provided to us by suppliers. We accept no responsibility or liability for any issue that may arise as a result of a provided eta. See liability section in our Terms of Service for further information

You can safely put in up to a 50mm suspension lift without requiring a certification. For more info on going over 50mm feel free to contact us as it can definitely be done.

If you are located in Auckland, or near enough, NZ Offroader offers a certification service, where we can walk you through what steps are involved, costs and cautions. We have a local certifier who frequently does LVVTA Certification checks for our customers.
